Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed October 19, 2026
Magical Creations SC wants everyone to be able to browse our work, design a shirt, and request a quote, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this site.
What we do
- Every page has a “Skip to content” link, a single clear heading structure, and labelled landmarks.
- All controls work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet the AA contrast ratio against their backgrounds.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages, and no time limits.
- Animations are turned off for visitors who have “reduce motion” enabled in their system settings.
- We test with automated tools (axe and Lighthouse) and by hand with keyboard navigation before changes go live.
Known limitations
- The design tools (Custom Designer, transfer and banner editors) draw on an HTML canvas. Placing and resizing artwork is a visual, drag-based task that does not yet have a full keyboard or screen-reader equivalent. If you cannot use them, send us your artwork and sizes through the contact form or by phone and we will build the mockup for you at no charge.
- Spam protection on our forms uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party widget. It normally passes without any interaction; if it ever blocks you, call or email us instead.
- Customer-uploaded artwork may occasionally be missing a good text description. We review these regularly.

Technical notes
This site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack), and with browser zoom up to 200%. It relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; the design tools require JavaScript.
