Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://magiccreationssc.com(the “Site”) and any products or services you purchase from Magical Creations SC(“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and quotes

Quotes generated by the Site are estimates based on the inputs you provide and are subject to confirmation by the shop before production begins. Final pricing may be adjusted for artwork complexity, garment availability, rush schedules, or shipping costs. We will confirm the final price with you before charging.

2. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Square. Production begins after payment clears. Because each order is custom-made, refunds are limited to defects in our workmanship or errors on our part. Please review your mockup carefully before approving production.

3. Customer-provided artwork

You represent that you own (or have permission to use) any artwork, logos, images, or text you submit for printing. You agree to indemnify Magical Creations SC against claims arising from third-party intellectual-property rights related to artwork you provide.

4. SMS / text messaging program

Program description. Magical Creations SC operates an SMS program for customer service and (optionally) promotional messages. Customer-service messages include missed-call follow-ups, order/quote confirmations, payment links, and order status updates. Promotional messages — when opted in separately — include occasional sales, seasonal offers, and shop news.

How to opt in. You opt in by (a) submitting our contact form at https://magiccreationssc.com/contact or quote form at https://magiccreationssc.com/design/shirts with a phone number and checking the optional non-marketing and/or marketing SMS consent checkbox, or (b) calling our published business phone number — in which case a one-time customer-care SMS may be sent if your call is unanswered.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email magicalcreationssc@gmail.com or call 864-436-7688 to be removed.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on activity. You can expect approximately 1–4 messages per order, and if you opt in to promotional messages, no more than ~4 marketing messages per month.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Magical Creations SC does not charge for SMS messages.

Supported carriers.AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction (18+). The SMS program is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from Magical Creations SC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before providing your mobile number.

Privacy. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Production and delivery

Turnaround times shared by the shop are estimates. We will let you know if a deadline is at risk. Local pickup is available at our shop during business hours; shipping is provided through standard carriers at the cost displayed on your quote.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magical Creations SC's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
